Registration Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and use of the Zimozo ERP & POS platform ("Zimozo", "the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you ("you", "the Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Free Trial & Subscription
Zimozo may offer a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are presented at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes will not affect the current paid billing period.
3. Use of the Service
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reselling access without authorisation, reverse-engineering the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and for obtaining any consents required from your own customers and staff.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to handle any personal data you collect through the Service in compliance with applicable data-protection laws.
6. Availability & Support
We aim to keep the Service available with reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. Support is provided through the channels indicated in your subscription plan.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and Customer Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Zimozo platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimozo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zimozo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

الشروط والأحكام للتسجيل
تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") تسجيلك واستخدامك لمنصة Zimozo لإدارة موارد المؤسسات ونقاط البيع ("Zimozo"، "الخدمة"، "نحن"). بإنشائك حساباً، فإنك ("أنت"، "العميل") تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام بها.
١. الأهلية وتسجيل الحساب
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً وأن تكون مخوّلاً قانونياً بإبرام اتفاقية ملزمة نيابة عن منشأتك. توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة ومحدثة عند التسجيل والحفاظ عليها. أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
٢. الفترة التجريبية والاشتراك
قد توفر Zimozo فترة تجريبية مجانية. بعد انتهائها، يتطلب الاستمرار في الاستخدام اشتراكاً مدفوعاً سارياً. تُعرض رسوم الاشتراك ودورات الفوترة والضرائب المطبقة عند الشراء، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا حيثما يقتضي القانون ذلك.
٣. استخدام الخدمة
يُمنح لك حق غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمة لأغراض أعمالك الداخلية. توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة، بما في ذلك إعادة بيع الوصول دون إذن، أو الهندسة العكسية للمنصة، أو رفع محتوى غير قانوني، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى حسابات أو أنظمة أخرى.
٤. بيانات العميل
تحتفظ بملكية جميع البيانات التي تدخلها إلى الخدمة. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجتها لغرض تقديم الخدمة وتحسينها فقط. أنت مسؤول عن دقة بياناتك وقانونيتها وعن الحصول على أي موافقات لازمة من عملائك وموظفيك.
٥. الخصوصية
نعالج البيانات الشخصية وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. وتوافق على التعامل مع أي بيانات شخصية تجمعها عبر الخدمة بما يتوافق مع قوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها.
٦. التوفر والدعم
نسعى للحفاظ على توفر الخدمة بشكل معقول دون ضمان عدم انقطاعها. قد تؤدي الصيانة المجدولة أو التحديثات أو عوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا إلى عدم توفر مؤقت. يُقدَّم الدعم عبر القنوات المحددة في خطة اشتراكك.
٧. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يجوز لنا إيقاف أو إنهاء حسابك في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عدم السداد أو النشاط غير القانوني. يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت، ويسري الإلغاء في نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية. عند الإنهاء ينتهي حقك في استخدام الخدمة، وقد تُحذف بياناتك بعد فترة احتفاظ معقولة.
٨. الملكية الفكرية
تظل جميع الحقوق المتعلقة بمنصة Zimozo، بما في ذلك برمجياتها وتصميمها وعلاماتها التجارية، ملكاً حصرياً لنا.
٩. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات. وإلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Zimozo المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خسارة في الأرباح أو البيانات. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية الرسوم المدفوعة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.
١٠. التعويض
توافق على تعويض Zimozo وحمايتها من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو نفقات ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.
١١. تعديل الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التعديلات قبولاً للشروط المعدّلة.
١٢. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، وتختص محاكم قطر دون غيرها بالنظر في أي نزاع.
